The mix of creamy peanut butter with sweet oats, crisp apple, almond milk and a splash of maple is so tasty, while the chia seeds help thicken it up!
Methods
Place the almond milk, peanut butter, oats, chia seeds, apple, cinnamon and maple syrup into a big bowl and give it a good stir. Place the bowl in the fridge and allow it to thicken overnight to enjoy in the morning!
